The Deloitte & Touche videos were intended for people with broadband Internet access. If you access the Internet with a modem, the video will stutter. To avoid this, right-click here and pick "Save Target As...". Save the file on your computer. Then play the file with Windows Media Player (usually found in Programs -> Accessories -> Entertainment.)
